Eng. Alwarfally began his professional career as a researcher specialising in solar energy at the Libyan Center for Solar Energy Studies, where he contributed to several research projects and studies in the field. He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in 1988 and obtained a Master’s degree in Solar Energy. Eng. Alwarfally is well known for his commitment to promoting investment in the renewable energy sector and strengthening cooperation between the public and private sectors. His vision focuses on advancing sustainable development and supporting Libya’s transition toward a clean, modern, and energy-independent future.
