Dr. Mansour Emtir is an Engineering and Projects Advisor at Nafusah Oil Operations, leading major upstream development initiatives including the Early Production Facility (EPF) project. He previously served as Chairman of the Management Committee at the Libyan Petroleum Institute, directing strategic technical programs and international research partnerships.
Dr. Emtir holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering and has authored over 40 peerreviewed publications with more than 569 citations in process optimization and energy saving in distillation.
