Heimo Muckenschnabl is the Chief Executive Officer of Libyan Development, bringing extensive leadership experience to the construction industry in Tripoli, Libya. Heimo’s background demonstrates versatile expertise in leadership and operations, particularly within the oil and gas sector. As CEO of Specialized Industrial Casting Company (SICAST), Heimo previously served as Chief Operating Officer and directed sales and marketing initiatives. His leadership within industrial casting manufacturing reflects a strong focus on strategic direction and operational excellence. Prior to his role at SICAST, Heimo held the position of Executive Vice President, Marketing & Commercial at OiLSERV, an oilfield services company. Earlier in his career with OiLSERV, he served as Vice President, Business Unit (South, Iraq) and Vice President, Well Measurements, where he led commercial strategy and business development initiatives across key regional markets. Building on his extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, Heimo advanced through various leadership roles at Schlumberger (SLB), including President, Colombia; Manager, Human Resources, Latin America (South); and Manager, Career Planning, Recruiting & Training (North and South America). Earlier in his career, he served as General Manager, Continental Europe, and held several operations management positions. His tenure at SLB reflects a strong record of global operational leadership and human capital development. Heimo’s background is further supported by an engineering degree from Universidad Simón Bolívar, providing a solid technical foundation for his leadership in the energy and industrial sectors.
