Building on this momentum, the second day will see delegates convene for industry briefings, roundtables and deal-signings, on top of a full schedule of panel sessions and keynotes.

Discussions will be led by C-level executives, government officials and industry experts. These include Chairman of the NOC Farhat Omar Bengdara, OPEC Secretary General Haitham Al Ghais and Libya’s Minister of Oil & Gas Dr. Khalifa Abdulsadek. Additionally, ministerial representatives from Libya, Turkey and Algeria, as well as high-level executives from international oil companies TotalEnergies, Eni, Repsol and OMV, are due to participate in what’s expected to be the largest annual energy gathering in the country.

As one of Africa’s top oil producers, Libya strives to increase production to more than 2 million barrels per day within the next two to three years. With an estimated 48 billion barrels of proven oil reserves, the country is unlocking new opportunities for investment, innovation and economic development. As such, LEES 2025 will delve into the strategies, technologies and partnerships driving Libya’s energy transformation and its impact on the regional and global economy.
